What's New at Modknit

May 7th, 2017

Katherine is finally letting the modknit.com domain go, and with it the email modknit@modknit.com; in its place email links are being changed to modknit@toutes-directions.com which is where messages can now be sent.

The best laid plans...  OK, Modknit has finally been resurrected (by Katherine's technology-enabler a.k.a. her computer-geek hubby, who's adding this note about it) on our new ISP (a whole continent away from where it was last hosted).

Same look, same content -- for now.  Keep watching for new stuff (and encouraging her to add it).  Meanwhile, enjoy the earlier stuff already here if you're new to Modknit, or have come back to it and haven't seen it in a while.

December something-th, 2002 (Real Soon Now, more or less)

Changed Katherine's e-mail link to send to modknit@modknit.com on all pages.

Finally got around to removing the "broken" counters from pages (it seems Wanadoo, the ISP end of France Telecom, managed to break the counter utility they supply when they "improved" their internet services and look a while back.  Anyone still wonder why they've racked up the biggest debt load of any company in the world, let alone France?  No, I thought not...)

I've got a new Process to Product article up -- more on That Hat (er, "The Hat", as Ted called it....).

May 17th, 2001

Repaired some broken links that pointed to files located on my computer's hard disk.

Added Jennifer Brown's Domino Sock Pattern to the Patterns Page.

May 10th, 2001

Added the Resources and Links page.  Haven't double checked them all yet....

May 9th, 2001

Modknit gets its own URL: http://www.modknit.com

Updated Sarah Bradberry's webpage:  http://www.knitting-and.com

Tinkered with some of the footers to try to make them all consistent throughout the site.

May 8th, 2001

Added new page:  The Rose Window Ch'ullu (part of the Process to Product theme).

May 6th, 2001

Added a new feature:  Process to Product (an examination of the experimentation and thought behind a finished modular item).

Added the first Process to Product article:  "The Hat" by Ted Myatt.
