Boomer was the last born in
his litter, but here he is the centre of the crowd! |

|
Boomer was adopted as an eight
week old puppy. Here we met up with Boomer at a park when he was 10 months
old and enjoying the family reunion. |

|
Through a series of events
which he took bravely, Boomer was re-homed to us when he was 6 1/2 years
old. Despite looking serious here, when he walked in the door that day, he
knew he was "home". |

|
In early 1998 we moved to a
property in the country. Boomer took a walk around the property and had a
look of pure pleasure on his face. We think he believed that I bought him
his own personal park. Here Boomer stands as lord and master of "Boomer's
Park". |

|
At 9 1/2 years old, Boomer
discovered sheep and his life took another turn. He loved his adventures in
herding, including a trip to the first Beardie Clan Ceilidh herding specialty!
He made many new friends on that trip to Nebraska. |

|
Boomer patrolled his park in
the snow of winter to be sure all was well. |
Boomer was a wonderful boy who
always approached life as it came..
Rest well, my brave heart.
