VIA F40PH-3s (Renaissance scheme 2006+)

6400, CAD rebuild #1 completed in November 2006 and 6402, CAD rebuild #2 was completed in July 2009. Since that time, the emergence of these rebuilds has quickened and in June 2010 they started to be seen on the Canadian.

We are producing a special REN HO scale parts package! Intended for use in conjunction with the Kaslo HD-41 base fret (sold separately), modellers will be able to replicate the new VIA cabinet that will soon be a key feature of the entire F40 fleet. Our kit will consist of resin pieces for the top of the new HEP cabinet and flat etchings for the other sections. We are also planning to include the cab roof air conditioner, new air intake grilles and all ren-specific components that would be needed to model all 1997+ variations. We are now accepting orders for this new kit and will post more information as it becomes available. We have not yet determined the MSRP but delivery will be no sooner than mid-2013.
