1983 and 1997 base Manitoba license plates.

New format stickers introduced on January 11, 2010 with expiries available up to 2015. Old style stickers produced up to the FEB 11 sticker. I have seen a small number of the old JAN 11 stickers and none of the FEB 11 stickers as yet.
