Phragmipedium kovachii

Canadian orchid growers now have access to legal Phragmipedium kovachii seedlings from the best legal Pk nurseries in Peru, Centro de Jardineria Manrique, owned by Alfredo Manrique. 

Alfredo Manrique , was the first person chosen by the Peruvian Ministry of Natural Resources, INRENA, to artificially propagate the magnificent and stunning  Phragmipedium kovachii. INRENA gave Alfredo permission to collect five Pk  plants in their  natural habitat, just weeks before that habitat was completely depleted of all Pk,  an estimated 2000 to 3000 mature Pk plants and thousands of Pk seedlings. 

As one who has been intimately involved with Phragmipedium kovachii from the very beginning until now, and  extremely concerned for its survival as a species, I am honored that Alfredo has chosen me to distribute this desirable endangered species across Canada.

For the many of you who are anxious to obtain Phragmipedium kovachii  seedlings, but  are hesitant because you fear that you may not be able to culture seedlings properly to where they  not only survive but grow into flowering plants, I have good news.

With every Pk seedling purchase, I am going to provide you with a CJM Legal Pk Certificate, plus detailed  culture techniques for Phragmipedum kovachii:

1) flasked seedling culture, from my own successful culture experience

2) potted seedling culture, from my own successful culture experience
