| Painters Choice is fast becoming the one to call when things go bad. Not all contractors are bad but when things get ugly and you need help... Painters Choice is on your side. We have intervened on more than one occasion and the results have been great for the home owner. We don't like to put down other contractors and things can happen on any job even with the best of contractors. But sometimes... well these guys just don't know when to just fix it and take a loss, for the sake of good customer relations. I know I have had people who just seem impossible to please and refuse to pay for additional work required to reach absolute perfection. Sometimes you just have to get it done to their satisfaction and move on. Not all of my customers are repeat customers but that's never because they were not satified with the work done or the service. I even went to the extreme of not charging the full price to make ammends for an error in judgement. (I was sure that it wasn't going to make that much of a mess! And I did clean up the worst of it.) I have been sure to use dust barriers for almost everything since, and yes they have had me back many times, including remedial work! There is always a sollution if a contractor is all about the service. Other times the contractors are just shady at best and nothing will help that except firing them and getting someone else to fix what they have done or at best just finish the job.
