If you have a property that isn't meeting codes and have been ordered to comply or close... we may be able to help you stay open. Our service expertise in this area is mainly exit systems and fire containment codes, in regard to fire safety. We offer building code compliance services in almost every aspect of local building codes as they apply to construction. We may not be able to help you if the codes in question are structural and the building is not standard wood framed , are in regards to lifts of any kind or involve cooling, heating or fire water/alarm systems. We installed six fire door assemblies and enclosed their furnace with fire rated walls. we also built a couple fire rated walls at one end of the hall to enable the use of one fire rated door assembly, rather than three. Finally, most of the basement required fire retardent coatings to meet fire code.  |
