Having trouble aligning your Selection Slips?
The following procedure will assist you (Will take 15 to 30 minutes):
From the Lotto Printer program...Click on Action -> Calibrate -> Start
Have a supply of Selection Slips ready for printing
Then complete the objectives below
***IMPORTANT*** click SAVE after each objective to avoid lost settings
For these objectives you will use the
Calibrate screen
and
Configuration Menu
A) Objective...Setup the Board Layout for your particular lottery
**) Only Objective required if you do not want to print slips
Click on Action -> Calibrate -> Start -> Config -> Edit Board Layout
This will open Notepad with a sample Board Layout
Edit the Board Layout to match your Lottery
Numbers 1 to 9 followed by 2 spaces
Numbers 10 to 56 followed by 1 space
It is quite easy to setup the Board Layout for your particular lottery but if you require assistance
please E-Mail me an image of your Selection Slip and I will create a
Board Layout for you.

B) Objective...Adjust the size of the "Mark" as required
Click on Config button to take you to the Configuration Menu
Adjust the "Length of Mark" option
Adjust the "Width of Mark" option
Click on Change button to view change
Click on Print button and inspect the Selection Slip
Continue this procedure until the "Mark" is the desired size

C) Objective...Print top left "Mark" over top left number of your Selection Slip
Use buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to position Selection Slip pattern
Click on Print button and inspect the Selection Slip
Continue this procedure until the "Mark" is in proper position

D) Objective...Align the horizontal spacing of the "Marks"
Click on Config button to take you to the Configuration Menu
Adjust the "Distance between Columns of Marks" option
Click on Change button to view change
Click on Print button and inspect the Selection Slip
Continue this procedure until the "Marks" are properly positioned

E) Objective...Align the vertical spacing of the "Marks"
Click on Config button to take you to the Configuration Menu
Adjust the "Distance between Rows of Marks" option
Click on Change button to view change
Click on Print button and inspect the Selection Slip
Continue this procedure until the "Marks" are properly positioned

F) Objective...Set "Distance to Board(s)" option (Only one Board at a time)
Click on Config button to take you to the Configuration Menu
Adjust the "Distance to Board" option
Click on Change button to view change
Click on Print button and inspect the Selection Slip
Continue this procedure until the Board is properly positioned

G) Objective...Set "Spacing between Boards" (*Only required for 10 board Lotteries)
Click on Config button to take you to the Configuration Menu
Adjust the "Distance to Second Column of Boards" option
Click on Change button to view change
Click on Print button and inspect the Selection Slip
Continue this procedure until the Boards are properly spaced

Additional Hints
After proper allignment print some Selection Slips (Without the Allignment pattern)
Since you are not laying down as much ink you may want to make some minor adjustments
Do not expect perfect allignment; as long as part of the number box is marked the slip will be read properly
Some printers give better results than others...you should have success with most printers
Lotto Printer program does not print?
You will have to make adjustments to your printer's software settings as follows:
Click Start -> Settings -> Printers
Right Click your Printer Icon and a Menu will appear
Click Properties
Your Printer's Properties Window will appear
Experiment with different settings
Click Apply -> OK...to make your settings take effect
