Mary is the licensed Real Estate Broker of Record for CARE REALTY INC. Mary, with a partner, became an owner of the TRANS-CANADA REALTY (KITCHENER/WATERLOO) Inc. office in 1999 and in November 2004 became the sole owner of CARE REALTY INC.

Mary entered the business in 1984 and became a Broker in 1989.

Mary is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman course, an intensive sales development training program.

Mary was married in August 1973 to Wayne and eight months later purchased their first home. They owned many different homes, several rental properties and a hobby farm. Mary is the proud parent of two sons, Robert who is in a relationship with Missy, and Steven who is married to Laura. In June 2008, Mary married Alf Lyman who has two children David and Hilary. Mary became a first time Grandmother in July and a second time in December 2008.

Mary is active in the local community as a volunteer and has served on various committees of the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board.

Mary thoroughly enjoys her work and is committed to real estate for the long term.
