Off roading is a fun and exhilarating activity that can fill you with a sense of accomplishment. Or a sense of dread as you utter the words "it's going to cost HOW much to fix?". Most of us find the thrill of off roading to be worth the risks. There is a great camaraderie between four wheeler that can give you the sense of being a part of something. It gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself , your vehicle and meet some interesting people along the way. It's just good (albeit not clean) fun!

In this section I will try to address safety issues as well as necessary equipment, tips on recovering a stuck vehicle. As well as driving technics so you can avoid getting stuck in the first place. My goal is to cover all skill and experience levels. Starting with some basics that every beginner should know. There is alot of information to cover so this section will be growing regularly. I hope you find it useful and informative.

Off roading is a team effort so I would like this Off road section to be one too. If you have a a tip that you think might be useful by all means submit it or post a message in the Off Road forum.

When off roading ,alot of things can happen.Your truck could experience a blown tire, it could suffer body damage or a myriad of mechanical problems from a misaligned front end to a blown engine. Then there is the dread of a four wheelers , rolling your truck. These are the risks you accept and take responsibility for when you four wheel. This is not said to scare you off four wheeling. Just to give you an understanding of how important it is to take the appropriate safety measure before heading out on the trail.

In this section I will try to provide you with the information you need to have a safe successful trip. But you must remember no motor sport is ever 100% safe and you partake in such activities at your own risk.
