Payment Options:
- Paypal - This is the preferred method of payment.
- Paypal (Non-Credit Card) - You may be eligible for a reduction in the shipping and handling charge if you use this method. This option does not allow for credit card payments as it is a personal account (funds must be in your account to pay).
- Paypal (Credit Card) - Credit cards payments through Paypal are accepted.
- Postal Money Order - This payment method is acceptable for Canadian and U.S. orders. Postal money orders only. Shipping & Handling
The prices shown according to the rate code are for shipping that single item only. If you order multiple items the total cost of shipping is not likely the sum of all the shipping costs. Depending on the items ordered, we may be able to ship multiple items at the same price as a single item or at least combine the orders to save on the shipping costs.
Canadian Orders:
Prices for rates A to E do not include insurance (option to purchase if you want). Prices G to I include insurance.

Shipping times in Canada range from 2 to 8 business days (for most areas) depending on location. Ontario and Quebec, expect about 1-4 business days. Other provinces and territories should expect 4-8 business days. Remote locations may take longer.
US (continental) Orders:
Insurance is not included for rate codes A to E (option to purchase if you want). Rates F to G have optional insurance while rates H to I include insurance.

PickUp Items
Items are available for pickup (except those marked by an *) from Cambridge, Ontario. Contact us for directions to location.
Insurance
Insurance costs for the shipping of the item are included in some of the costs and if they are not included, they are extra. If you wish your items insured for the journey to your door then we will let you know the costs of that. Otherwise, you assume all risks after the item leaves our door. For the most part, there should not be a problem with damage as we will package them very well. We have experience shipping artwork framed with glass all over the world.
Reserving Items and Items on Hold
When you place an order for an item, that item is put on hold for you for 5 days (longer by special request). After the 5 days period, the item becomes available to anyone. You may request an additional hold period, however, if someone is waiting that person has rights to the item on hold for three weeks. Items on hold will not rise in price while they are on hold, but can go down in price.
If you are interested in an item which is already on hold, then please contact us anyways as these items often become available. The person who originally asked to reserve the item has priority on it for the 5 day holding period. After that, the person next on the list will have the chance to purchase it and the original person will go to the bottom of the waiting list if they are still interested. The new person will then have 5 days to make the purchase.
Amazon.ca Listed Items
Some of our items are also listed and available for purchase on Amazon.ca (seller don242) as well as Far 'N Away Collectibles. Items that are listed on Amazon.ca are so noted in the items description on our site. The item listed in Amazon.ca is the exact item as described on our site.
Because the items are listed on Amazon.ca, you may wish to purchase through the Amazon.ca purchasing process. If you feel more comfortable paying through a site such as Amazon.ca, then contact us for more information or use the direct link provided in our product listing to take you to the Amazon.ca item. From there you can purchase the item from us (seller don242) using the payment process from Amazon.ca.
And yes, there may be other sellers selling the similar item on Amazon as well or you may wish to purchase an item new from Amazon.ca. We try to remain competively priced but you may find a lower priced item. The choice of sellers you use is yours to make of course, but if you do decide to purchase the item through Amazon.ca (whether ours, Amazon.ca or another sellers), we ask that you use the link provided by us (use the banner a bove for a general link to Amazon.ca or use the direct link provided on our item's description page) on our site as the referring site.
A note about pricing differences on Amazon.ca: Prices will differ from listings on this site and the identical item listed on Amazon.ca. There are several reasons for this. The main reason, is Amazon prices are adjusted to account for shipping costs and commissions taken by Amazon. Amazon provides us with a shipping credit, but it is not always adequate to cover shipping costs, so this is added into the prices at Amazon.ca. As opposed to orders taken through Far 'N Away Collectibles, we calculate the shipping costs for your particular order and let you know prior to purchase so you have the real cost of the item. Another reason prices are different is a result of being listed in a different marketplace. This marketplace may be more or less competitive for certain items and prices may reflect that.
With all that being said, prices can be adjusted at Amazon.ca to approximately match prices of listed items here. If you still wish to purchase through Amazon.ca, instead of direct then contact us and we can discuss price. We can lower the Amazon price listing for your particular order, in order to more closely represnt our listed price at Far 'N Away Collectibles. By obtaining your shipping information, we can determine the exact shipping costs and in most cases lower our Amazon.ca price to reflect the true shipping costs for shipment to your particular destination. However, Amazon.ca does charge commissions on our sales, so that will be taken into account when altering an Amazon.ca listing for your order.
Price Negotiation
Most of our listings are open to reasonable price negotiations. If you feel that an item is overpriced, send us your best offer and we will consider it. We are more flexible with prices if multiple items are being purchased. Not all offers will be accepted but we will do our best to accommodate.
