Bachelor Recipe #9

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I know you already know how to make these.
I spent a substantial period of my university career making these. That was when I used individually wrapped cheese slices, (or even the budget unindividually wrapped ones), for the cheese part. Since then I have realized that you can use ANY cheese. My current fave is cheddar cheese that comes in 300 gram packages. I use a knife to slice off about 6 pieces. In a pinch I've even used left over Brie, (left over from trying to impress someone no doubt - the left over wine pretty much tells the story).
I'd tell you about the ham slices you can add and the onion slices but lets face it - there's a reason you're making a grilled cheese sandwich - You're lazy. I'll leave the details of preparation, garnishes and condiments to you. If you haven't learned through life experience how to make them by now, I don't want to be the first to tell you.
