This recipe is advanced - so advanced that if you found the rice a challenge, just skip over to my journal entry for today and open a tin of sardines for supper.
Don't use a pressure cooker unless it's yours, you bought it and you've read all the directions that came with it, (the more languages the better).
method:
get the pressure cooker boiling and secure the top. - turn down to simmer.
Cook for 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Peel and cut into big chunks the potatoes and carrots. Cut the celery into small pieces. Possibly add turnips, mushrooms and tomatos too.
Let off the steam of the pressure cooker after the 35 minutes are up and cool slightly. Add vegetables , bring to steam and pressure cook another 15 minutes.
Use the spare time to bake up a batch of biscuits, corn bread, or apple crisp --- or try debugging that AppleScript one last time.
