to my little homepage

DUNCAN - From a surname, Donnchadh,

"brown warrior" or "dark chief" (Celtic).

The name of two kings of Scottland,

including the one who was featured in

Shakespeare's play 'Macbeth'.

I'd like to say there are all kinds of wonderful things in this section, but I'm not that interesting. I'm over fifty and married. Thats about it.

Oh... just so you don't think I spend all my time on the computer/internet, chasing P-38s at airshows, and shmoozing with old-bold-fighter-pilots, here are a couple photos...

Fishing Islands, the channel looking west to Red Bay from Oliphant, Ontario. My 24 foot S-2 sailboat "Classy" nudging the sandbar. 1984.

On top of the light beacon looking west from the east end of Stokes Bay, Ontario. 1984.

Just one of the many sunset photos I've taken over the years.

Wayne Doering (aka old - bold - P-38 pilot) and his wife Jane (taking the picture - thank you) make a surprise landing at the home of a P-38 fan. Was I surprised! He liked my licence plate! 1996.

My 1999 summer project is finally complete. A small rock garden, stream and pond for our back yard. Its wonderful to hear water gurgling around rocks.

The local chipmunks love climbing all over the new rock garden looking for peanuts. 1999.

my "dream wish" !

Thank you very much for dropping by. Hope you had a good time while you were here.

So... have a nice day... a great week... and if you like... a wild weekend. Personally I'll mix up a large pitcher of ice tea, and read a book while listening to the gurgling stream.

Oh, yes... almost forgot... if you get a second or two, I would appreciate any comments or questions about the website. Please send them to ... dclass@golden.net

Thanks... and bye for now... D.C.
