About Us THIS IS A PLACE HOLDER THIS IS A SPACE HOLDER I   Welcome to the Cambridge Association For The Mentally Handicapped About Us Page, this page contains information about affiliations, funding, and volunteering.       The Cambridge Association For The Mentally Handicapped is affiliated with the Ontario Association For Community Living and many other organizations.     We receive the majority of our funding from:  the Ministry of Community and Social Services the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs Private Donations  Legacies and Bequests Memberships Fees for Services and Fund-Raising Events. We are dependant on donations to fund the portions of our programs not covered by government grants, such as recreation programs and some children's programs.  THIS IS A SPACE HOLDER    C. A. M. H. volunteers are one of the things we need most. Volunteering can be both challenging and rewarding. It enhances the services provided to children, adults, and their families. Volunteers assist us and in some cases lead recreation activities. Volunteers support program participants in becoming involved in integrated community activities and act as a special friend to someone. C. A. M.
